    PM: Educational syllabus at primary level must be adjusted
    BANGKOK, Feb 21 (TNA) -- Thailand’s education will be reformed, especially at the primary level, with an aim to enable graduates to be intelligent, happy and most importantly not to forget about being a Thai, Prime Minister Abhisit Vejjajiva said when speaking to the nation Sunday.
